HOW DOES IT WORK
Through professional, confidential, personalised one to one mentor sessions, the objective is to effectively mentor clients to improve their situation and achieve their goals.
YYYYO Mentor Sessions are for people aged from 16 years old then above.
Clients that are under the age of 18 years, must be referred through a responsible adult.
Each one to one mentor session is for 30 minutes.
Mentor support is DBS verified.
One to one mentor sessions remain strictly private and confidential whilst fulfilling a duty of care to those involved.

MENTOR SESSIONS ARE ONLINE THROUGH PRIVATE ZOOM LINK
YYYYO mentor sessions are through video link on the Zoom platform for the best session experience, as the mentor shares interactive presentations on the screen during the sessions for the clients progress.

BOOKING A SESSION
To secure a YYYYO Mentor Session just choose a convenient session time from the calendar on the 'Book Session' page.
Then complete the 'Mentor Session Bookings Form' with the required details.
Please carefully read the Policy Agreements on the 'Payment' page to ensure that you are satisfied with the session booking rules and the session expectations, before your session payment is processed.
A clear Policy Agreement provides the foundation for a good, professional, working relationship for the clients to achieve their goals.
LOGGING INTO THE SESSION
Once the session payment has been processed the client then receives confirmation of their YYYYO Mentor Session, with their unique private Zoom link.
Please ensure that you are logged onto the Zoom platform with your unique code, before the start of the session time.
THE MENTOR SESSIONS
YYYYO mentor sessions start with clarifying the clients own personal support objective or objectives, that is what the client would like to achieve.
As the mentoring sessions progress, the client works through the objectives to achieve their goals.
A professional Summarisation Presentation is sent to the client after each YYYYO mentor session to provide clarity on what areas were explored, highlight tasks for the next sessions and celebrate progress.
