Zoom provides encryption for those that use the platform.

YYYYO mentor sessions on the Zoom platform are strictly private and confidential, providing the environment for clients to speak openly about their situation, the issues that they need to resolve, then the goals they are trying to achieve.
The unique link each client receive for their session on the Zoom platform has been processed through the platform.
YYYYO Mentor does not record mentor sessions.

Zoom session codes that clients receive have not been reused or shared.
If there are safeguarding concerns that suggest a client or someone else might be at risk of harm, client information might need to be shared with relevant establishments for the safety of the client, others. Please view our Safeguarding Policy for further details.
YYYYO Mentor keeps client information for six months from date of the clients most recent session.
